We want you to be completely satisfied with your barefoot experience; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn Groundies items in their original packaging. Please ensure your footwear is tested on a clean, indoor surface to remain eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a durable shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
